Striving to be the Best in Strength and Human Excellence, aiming for the Top in Japan

Starting from 2022, our company has been providing sponsorship and support to the Tokyo University Athletic Association American Football Team ‘WARRIORS.’ This team, which competes in the top 8 of Kanto Region Division 1 American football, is dedicated to enhancing team strength as they strive for even greater heights. What defines the ideal team leader according to the 3rd and 4th-year students?

The first workshop took place in August 2022. Together with 55 members from the 3rd and 4th years and the coaches, including the head coach, we delved into questions like ‘What makes a true leader?’ ‘What is leadership in essence?’ and ‘What criteria do we set for ourselves to become the best in Japan?’ We transformed these discussions into tangible actions. Utilizing these insights, we continue to provide support as you ascend the staircase towards becoming the best in Japan, quite literally.

Overview of the Workshop

The dramatic comeback victory, triumph over a formidable opponent

In the opening match of the Kanto Student American Football Division 1 League TOP8, held at Tokyo Dome on September 3rd (Saturday), the Tokyo University American Football Team ‘WARRIORS’ emerged victorious against Chuo University with a score of 21-17. Chuo University is a strong contender, having secured the 3rd place in the Kanto region last year. In a tenacious display of teamwork, despite being overturned with just 2 minutes and 30 seconds left on the clock, the team rallied and reclaimed the lead with just 15 seconds remaining, clinching a remarkable victory.

This victory was a testament to the team’s unity and collective effort. Moving forward, the team will continue to harness their learnings to ascend the path towards becoming the best in Japan, and we will provide unwavering support in this journey.

The joint project with Achievement has finally entered its fourth year, and we would like to reintroduce its features and initiatives.

An organization is a gathering of individuals, and as each member grows, the organization also evolves. To consistently achieve business objectives aligned with its ‘philosophy,’ an organization must not only ‘recruit’ and ‘develop’ exceptional talent but also establish mechanisms and environments that allow each individual to engage fully in their work. Our company has supported the growth of numerous entrepreneurs and businesses, and since 2018, we have utilized this experience to assist in organizational reforms, membership enhancement, and expansion across youth chambers of commerce nationwide.

Aligned with the purpose of the Junior Chamber International, which aims to ‘build a bright and prosperous society,’ we have worked together to pursue this goal and have been engaged in activities to achieve it.

Tsukuba University Athletic Department Partnership Project 'Road to the Top Course' Effect Verification

Achievement Corporation has been conducting the Effect Verification of the ‘Road to the Top’ Course Series in collaboration with Tsukuba University Athletic Department since 2021, aiming to support students in acquiring the “skills for goal achievement.” In 2023, we conducted a survey targeting the course participants participating in the ‘Road to the Top’ Course Series. We received responses from a total of 1625 individuals.
