What we offer our clients is an education program based on Choice Theory psychology.
It focuses on intrinsic growth of individuals. No matter how strong the external stimuli, people find it difficult to take action towards things they don’t want to do.
We believe that self-transformation requires clarification of the individual’s desire to become what they want to be, not just giving them stimuli. Our aim is not only to achieve excellence in business, but also to become true leaders who can guide others towards prosperity.

We aim to reach an annual intake of 30 companies for HR consulting services by March 31, 2025.
The background and current status of the indicators.
One of our consulting goals is to reconcile high organizational performance with a strong interpersonal relationship among employees. To achieve this, we support designing and implementing effective personnel systems that allow employees to thrive. To increase the number of ideal organizations, we aim to assist; we are working towards increasing the annual average of companies adopting HR consulting services from 10 to 30 companies.
