Initiatives as a Sponsor Company for the Japan Junior Chamber International

As a sponsor company, we support organizational restructuring and expansion.

An organization is a gathering of individuals, and as each member grows, the organization also evolves. To consistently achieve business objectives aligned with its ‘philosophy,’ an organization must not only ‘recruit’ and ‘develop’ exceptional talent but also establish mechanisms and environments that allow each individual to engage fully in their work. Our company has supported the growth of numerous entrepreneurs and businesses, and since 2018, we have utilized this experience to assist in organizational reforms, membership enhancement, and expansion across youth chambers of commerce nationwide.

Aligned with the purpose of the Junior Chamber International, which aims to ‘build a bright and prosperous society,’ we have worked together to pursue this goal and have been engaged in activities to achieve it.

We organize nationwide seminars and conferences to deliver techniques for achieving goals.

Since July 2018, we have initiated support nationwide, and to date, we have conducted over 300 seminars and conferences in more than 300 block councils and Junior Chambers of Commerce. With themes such as ‘The Key to Embedding Philosophy,’ ‘Enhancing Organizational Strength Seminar,’ and ‘Creating an Environment for Individual Growth in Organizations,’ we have engaged over 8,000 JC members in total. We are committed to continuing our support for members who are dedicated to the development of Japanese society, aiming for a prosperous future.
