Striving for SANPO-YOSHI (Triple Win) Management
Achievement Corporation was founded in 1987, and for over 36 years, the company has pursued a philosophy of putting people before profit. The company’s management philosophy is based on the “Sanpo Yoshi” (Triple Win) principle of the Omi merchants, which emphasizes pursuing mutual benefit for all parties involved. This means aiming for excellence in employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and social contribution.

Employee Satisfaction – The company has focused on creating a workplace that meets the five basic needs defined by choice theory psychology.

These are:
1) the need for survival
2) the need for love and belonging
3) the need for power
4) the need for freedom
5) the need for fun.
The company aims to create an environment where all employees can fulfill these needs.

Customer Satisfaction – The company has strived to provide the highest quality service in the industry, focusing on delivering high value to customers. The company believes that by helping customers achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives, it can contribute to their overall well-being.

Social Contribution – The company believes that its most important social contribution is to continue operating a profitable business and paying taxes. It has also allocated 10% of its post-tax profits to social contribution activities.

In 2022, the company entered into a business and capital partnership with Nippon Television Holdings, Inc. (Nippon TV), which has a highly developed network of information dissemination and advanced video and content production technology. The company hopes to leverage Nippon TV’s expertise to accelerate its efforts to become the world’s leading human resources education consulting firm.

Overall, the Achievement Corporation’s management philosophy is based on pursuing excellence in these three areas and believes that it can achieve true prosperity by doing so.

We aim to become the world’s premier talent development consulting firm. Moving forward, we will diligently and thoroughly tackle the ordinary with exceptional dedication. We are committed to evolving alongside our employees, clients, and society.
